The heart of the Hospital Hospitality House of Saginaw lies in the dedication and spirit of our invaluable volunteers. Each member of our team contributes to creating a nurturing and comforting environment for our guests, truly bringing our mission to life.
From the warmth of a friendly phone conversation to the inviting aroma of freshly baked cookies, it’s the simple touches our volunteers add that make a significant difference. They assist with a variety of tasks including light housekeeping, guest services, and some even share their musical or culinary talents to uplift the spirits of our guests.
Nothing feels more like home than returning to a hot, hearty meal after a challenging day. Our volunteers provide this comforting experience by preparing meals for our guests. We welcome volunteers to cook in our well-equipped kitchens, where you can bring your own ingredients or make use of our fully stocked freezers and pantry.
For those who wish to help, but are unable to cook a meal, we welcome your support in the form of donated gift cards or meal donations to the house. To make this process even easier, we have set up a MealTrain. For more information on how you can contribute a meal or make a donation, please visit our MealTrain page.
